Denton Collision & Glass Terms of Service

Welcome to Denton Collision & Glass LLC. By accessing or using our website (dentoncollisionandglass.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Website

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate appointment scheduling. By using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Not upload malicious content, viruses, or spam

• Not use the website for any unlawful purpose

2. Appointment Scheduling

Online appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment time. We will contact you to confirm your appointment within 24-48 hours.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided through our website or over the phone are preliminary and for informational purposes only. Final pricing will be determined after a thorough physical inspection of your vehicle. Estimates may change based on:

• Discovery of additional damage during disassembly

• Parts availability and pricing changes

• Insurance company requirements

• Labor time adjustments based on actual repair complexity

You will be notified of any significant changes to the estimate before work proceeds.

4. Insurance Claims

If we process an insurance claim on your behalf:

• Final repairs and pricing are subject to insurance company approval

• You are responsible for your policy deductible

• You are responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance policy

• We will work with your insurance company, but you remain responsible for final payment

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept:

• Cash

• Check (with valid ID)

• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

A deposit may be required for large repairs or if paying out-of-pocket.

6. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left on our property beyond 5 business days after repair completion and notification may be subject to storage fees of $75 per day. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

7. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles from the date of repair completion, whichever comes first. This warranty covers:

• Defects in workmanship

• Paint defects (peeling, fading, cracking) caused by improper application

• Parts installed by us that fail due to defects

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage from new accidents or collisions

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance

• Modifications or repairs made by others after our work

• Environmental damage (hail, flooding, etc.)

• Pre-existing damage not repaired by us

8. Liability Limitations

Denton Collision & Glass LLC is not liable for:

• Delays caused by parts availability, insurance processing, or unforeseen complications

• Pre-existing damage not disclosed or discovered during initial inspection

• Damage to vehicles left on our property due to theft, weather, fire, or acts of God

• Loss of use of vehicle during repair period

• Consequential or incidental damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Removing all personal items from your vehicle before service

• Providing accurate vehicle and insurance information

• Notifying us of any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues

• Picking up your vehicle within 5 business days of completion notification

• Reviewing completed repairs before leaving our facility

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Denton Collision & Glass LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party sites.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• First, good faith negotiation between the parties

• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in Columbus, Mississippi

• Each party is responsible for their own legal fees

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lowndes County, Mississippi.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Denton Collision & Glass LLC regarding use of our website and services.
